Search By Map

Select a category to search using "Select Categories.." in the left side-bar menu options. Some categories can be searched for at a more detailed level than county and these categories are indicated. You can change the data layer to have more relevance to the category being searched using the "Select Map Layers.." options in the left sidebar menu. The category being searched will be highlighted in colour just above the map and just above the search results below the map.

Draw a rectangle on the map using the drawing toolbar in the upper right of the map. At present, only rectangular searches are supported. All features within this rectangle or within the counties touched by the rectangle, depending on category, will be returned. To revert to select and panning mode, click the hand icon on the drawing toolbar.
